We've all heard about the fairness of give and take, usually in business. But have you ever heard the old refrain - and it is old - "Robbing Peter to Pay Paul"? Well, lo and behold, the present Administration has decided to put all past sayings out to pasture and create their own. Sadly, they may even believe that it's something new. Socialism is certainly not new. We know from history, and much of it relatively recent history, that it does not work and leads to total misery.
